HOW TO ORDER RESIDENTIAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION SERVICE

ABOUT OUR PRICING:

We hear a lot that our pricing is too low and some think there is a catch or that the job canít be done right. We have installed hundreds of systems in the last few years, and have a streamlined operation. We also have a low overhead business structure, and limited advertising and pass on these savings to you. Most of our leads are from free online search engines and referrals, where many companies spend $10,000 or more monthly on advertising. This adds about $800 cost to every sold installation! Also many companies pay substantial commissions, and have salaried sales staff. This is passed on the consumer.

We also sell most jobs sight unseen, since we have just a few conditions to verify first that might alter price as posted. Before arriving at site, we will clarify a few things with the customer to be sure we send the right equipment. If you feel better to have a pre-installation visit for estimate, we will gladly do so, but there is an $85 fee for the visit that is refundable if you end up using us, which most do. Again, we do not build in additional fees to our posted prices to keep it affordable.

PAYMENT: We accept cash, check. Visa and MasterCard, due when service is complete. No up front deposits, or material charges. We also have financing available via Service Finance with a simple online application for instant credit.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO TELL US: To avoid a job visit, you only need some basic information on the system you want replaced. We will need to now the nominal tonnage of the system to be replaced, if you have gas heat, electric heat or heat pump, and the orientation and location of you indoor blower/heater unit. Some units are vertical in a closet, some horizontal in the attic, or some vertical in the attic. If you are not sure what you have, you can get model numbers of the units you have and forward to us, or take pictures and email them to us. Normally this is plenty to answer any questions.
